ClueGO is a Cytoscape plugin, thus it is necessary to copy the ClueGOPlugin jar (latest version, v1.2 is recommended) in the plugin folder of Cytoscape. If you download a new version of the ClueGO plugin, please delete the old version from the Cytoscape plugin folder.
